Frequently we get an error while we try qualifying a lead in PSA you get an error, “OrganizaionServiceFaultSyste,.ServiceModel.FaultException’1……………………..”
It also says, Parameter name: You must select a PriceList before Saving.
The solution to that issue is as per below.
We had to write a small script to set a default PriceList on the Load of a new Lead form.
Also, we had to write a logic to map that pricelist to the contacts and account while qualifying the price list.
Now, when you try to qualify the lead, you will not get the above error.
